During your stay, we want you to spend as much time as possible savoring the moment and feeling the alpine heartbeat in total peace. That’s why, upon request, we prepare delicious baskets filled with homemade products for your breakfast and dinner. We offer a variety of selections, all romantically served in charming wooden boxes lined with fragrant hay.

While the contents vary, every basket is brimming with the taste of South Tyrol: various types of bread as a base for butter, jams, cold cuts, and cheese, paired with creamy Sterzing yogurt, farm-fresh milk, and eggs. Italian classics like the croissant are, of course, a must. This breakfast provides the perfect fuel for your adventures at the pulse of the Alps!

Bringing you the morning sun and a hint of coastal charm. A slice of Italy in alpine Racines – this blend is what makes South Tyrol so unique. This breakfast basket leaves nothing to be desired, yet keeps every possibility open.

Culmina Breakfast Basket

The name stands for the summit. This basket is perfect for those whose goal is the highest peak. High in protein, it is the ideal preparation for mountain hikes or climbing adventures.

Our Dinner Baskets

If you order your dinner basket early enough, your meal will be waiting for you as soon as you return from the mountains. Just like with breakfast, you can choose between different culinary worlds: if you're craving the sun and the south, our pasta and lasagna bring a Mediterranean breeze to Racines. If you prefer something hearty and traditional, you can look forward to a savory goulash with homemade dumplings or a classic South Tyrolean "Marende" with speck and local cheeses. Fresh salad and vegetables straight from our garden are, of course, a must. And the wine? We’ll provide the perfect pairing for your meal!

Delivery approx. 6:30 PM. Salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil are provided in your apartment.

Much of Italy lies below 600m, characterized by fertile plains and al fresco dining. In the Planara zone, the mild climate nurtures everything from sun-ripened tomatoes and golden wheat to aromatic basil. This basket brings a touch of "Dolce Vita" straight to Racines.

Nemora Dinner Basket

Lasagna traces its origins to Northern Italy, amidst the forested foothills of the Alps. This "colline" zone lies between 600 and 1,000m. Believe it or not, this dish is over 2,000 years old.

Shepherds and alpine dairy farmers spend their summers in the alpine zone, between 1,800 and 2,000m, above the treeline. Their fare is simple and nourishing, proving how much flavor lies in honest, basic ingredients.

Mountaineers often venture into the nival zone, above 2,500m – a world of its own defined by peaks and absolute freedom. At these heights, durable foods like cheese, speck, and smoked sausages are essential. This classic "Marende" platter is the perfect dinner for when you want to skip the cooking.

You can optionally add a bottle of South Tyrolean Lagrein to any dinner basket. While we especially recommend it with our Italian-themed baskets, this fine local wine also pairs beautifully with our traditional dumplings!

Anything ordered by 8:00 PM will be delivered to your door the following day – breakfast at approx. 7:00 AM and dinner at approx. 6:30 PM. Please note that the actual appearance of your basket may vary from the images above. For the exact contents, please refer to the description. Thank you for your understanding.

2: Then you will see some icons: one for the weather forecast, one for heating, one for ordering the hampers, and the last one starts the slideshow again when you click on it.
