miramor is a made-up name and has its roots in Latin. It means something like wonderful accommodation. The addition of living is no coincidence: this is your home for holidays, this is where you recharge your batteries, this is where you unleash your zest for life. It just so happens that the word amor is in our name. The similar sound with the word "marble" (Marmor in German) also arose spontaneously. This type of rock is what makes Ratschings such a wonderful place. You can easily find glittering white and light grey marble just like dolomite on many hikes in the mountains and also in the valley.

OUR LOCATION
MIRAMOR LIES IN THE HEART OF THE COUNTRYSIDE
We are located in the peaceful, central Ratschings Valley and have five holiday apartments. They are named after the geological or ecological elevations. This is also fitting, because miramor is your starting point for a variety of outdoor activities, and for literally everyone, no matter how old you are or what experience you have already gained in the alpine region – whether you come by yourself with your beloved, your family and children, or with friends. Here you can experience the Wipptal Valley and Ratschings in all its glory! What's more, our apartments are equipped with a tablet and are genuinely smart and cosy all round! You can use the tablet to book additional services and get inspiration for your holiday.
We are right next to a farm. You can watch the cows and calves in spring, autumn and winter and sometimes hear their bells.
